Tuesdays 10 to 11 am, exercises and Qigong for health, vitality, balance, strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners. Followed by 11 to 11.30 am, Tai Chi forms. Suitable for improvers.
You can choose to stay just for the first hour or for the full hour and a half.
