Help make sure everyone gets to go home safely through education and water safety advice
Becoming a Water Safety Adviser with the RNLI.
The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea - but saving lives isn’t just about launching lifeboats or providing lifeguards. Our Water Safety Team helps prevent incidents before they happen by sharing vital advice that enables people to enjoy the water safely.
As a Water Safety Adviser, you’ll play a key role in delivering our local Water Safety and Lifesaving Plan. You’ll go out into the community to share RNLI water safety messages, identify local risks, and work with partners to deliver targeted interventions.
This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills. If you have experience speaking to groups, that’s a bonus - but if not, it’s a great opportunity to build your confidence and develop new skills.
You’ll joining a welcoming and inclusive organisation, meeting new people, and gaining valuable skills and experience. Training will be provided, and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a passionate team working to save lives.
