RNLI shops welcome almost a million visitors each year, offering unique gifts, clothing and souvenirs that support the work of our volunteer crews and lifeguards. As Shop Manager/Co‑ordinator, you’ll help ensure every visitor has a fantastic experience – and you’ll inspire a brilliant team of volunteers who bring the shop to life.
⭐ What you’ll be doing

Leading and motivating a team of retail volunteers

Coordinating rotas to maximise shop opening times and income

Recruiting and welcoming new volunteers to grow your team

Supporting volunteers with training, guidance and day‑to‑day shop tasks

Ensuring the shop is safe, welcoming and well‑run

Promoting the RNLI and key safety messages to customers
