This is a short class, open to everyone, which will focus mainly on physical warm ups and shorter Qigong exercises which will support your body throughout the current season.
This class is aimed at helping you develop a simple home practice which will help wake the body and enliven the senses and with specific support for the organs and meridians of the current season. As well as learning the Hua-gong Self Healing Form which is my own personal practice.
All sessions will take place @ The Glade in Dartington https://thewoodland.co/the-glade/ which is a beautiful wooded outdoor venue with a cosy indoor space so we can shelter if needs be. Qigong is traditionally practiced outside, and for me it adds so much to practice in nature in this way.
