Middle Street Walkers and Healthy Minds Torbay have come together to create a regular monthly walk and talk group.

You can take part in a mindfulness walk, chat informally meet like minded people whilst getting a little exercise.

Walk as far as you need to (no long walks planned) we are mindful of any mobility restrictions.

We meet at Flour Flower Cafe Midddle Street Brixham

every second Friday of the month at 2pm.

Really bad weather is just a cuppa and a chat.

No need to book, just meet at the cafe and join in.

More details are on the Middle Street Walkers Faebook Page.
