Listening and Support Team member

We are looking for people to join our team as a listening and support volunteer. Ideally you will have up to level 3 counselling skills or equivalent or level 2 with Mental Health First Aider training. It is an active listening role in an informal setting located in Paignton on a Friday and Brixham on a Wednesday. We will consider just one location placement Just two hours per session availability - supporting those in our community who just need a bit of extra support- you will work one to one and the service is by appointment. where there are no appointments booked,we would ask you to be present and to spend time with fellow team members. We run every week, but take into account that you do need holidays ect.
