BeWell@StepOne Online Wellbeing Courses, workshops and peer support groups.
Step One Charity's free BeWell@StepOne service is designed to support people across our community to self-manage their mental health and wellbeing.
Our online peer support groups take place via Zoom. These include:
- Anxiety Peer Support Cafe - Every Wednesday 2pm - 3.30pm
- All Welcome Wellbeing Group - Every Tuesday 2pm - 3.30pm
BeWell@StepOne's free courses and workshops cover a wide range of topics including:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Stress and Worry
- Managing Anger
- Managing OCD
- Resilience and Wellbeing
- Healthy Living

Our courses, peer support groups and workshops are free to anyone in Devon over the age of 18 and are run by professional, qualified and supportive tutors with lived experience of mental health conditions.
