We are looking for a proactive and experienced Administration Manager to oversee HR support, office operations, support services and charity governance administration. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, Executive Management Team and staff, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth, compliant and effective running of the organisation.
The Administration Manager will manage relationships with external HR consultants, ensuring policies and procedures meet all statutory and legal requirements. You will lead a small Support Services team, oversee office and administrative functions and help create a safe, inclusive and cost-effective working environment for staff and stakeholders.
You will play a key role in shaping how the charity operates while contributing directly to our mission of supporting Devon’s rural and coastal communities and be joining a collaborative staff team, working alongside engaged Trustees, in a supportive and forward-thinking independent charity.
