Fuel poverty is a growing problem. Here is an online training for frontline volunteers & workers, especially those working with vulnerable groups on how to identify people at risk of fuel poverty and provide information and signposting to help them. Participants will receive a comprehensive workbook after the training
The training is recommended for frontline staff and volunteers, particularly those who work with vulnerable clients, for example social workers, social prescribers, care and healthcare workers, befrienders, group leaders, community cars drivers & etc.
The sessions are offered free of charge as part of the Energy Outreach Project and delivered in partnership by Dorset Community Action and Citizens Advice East Dorset & Purbeck.
