My name is Lucy I have been running seated exercise classes in Exeter, they are a fantastic way to improve mobility strength co-ordination flexibility and confidence, along with meeting a great group of friendly people and enjoying social time, Class runs Every Friday ( term times ) St Thomas parrish church hall ( parking available) 11.30 am £6 Includes 45 mins exercise and refreshments after class You are welcome to just turn up and join in You can contact at any time Via email [email protected]
