We provide specialist, individually tailored and socially based physical activity opportunities and education.

At Vista Wellbeing we believe that every person should have access to physical activity and social opportunities that empower them to take control of their personal health outcomes.

We support you to achieve your goals, and what matters to you matters to us.

Our sessions are designed and delivered by highly qualified and experienced instructors and educators who are registered with CIMSPA.

They are safe, effective, challenging and tailored to the individuals in the group on the day.

Our sessions are supported by volunteers, some who have lived experience.

We offer a variety of formats to cater for individual needs and preferences.  We aim to reduce social isolation, increase confidence to move and develop lifelong, independent exercisers.
