These classes are supportive physical activity sessions, with individually tailored exercise to improve strength, balance and confidence on your feet.
The session are based on current evidence for the prevention of falls and help to promote independent living.
Prior to joining a session for the first time, we ask all clients to complete a form with health and contact information to help us understand any needs or conditions they have. We will then usually arrange a short consultation to confirm any particular needs. Consultations can be conducted over the telephone or by video link.
