Led by qualified Postural Stability Instructors, the classes focus on practical exercises that build strength, improve balance, and teach safe techniques for getting up from the floor. Step by step, you’ll gain the confidence to move more freely and feel secure in everyday situations.
Prior to joining a session for the first time, we ask all clients to share some health and contact information with us. This helps us to understand any needs or conditions they have. We will arrange a short consultation to confirm any particular needs. Consultations can be conducted over the telephone, by video link or in person.
