This class includes a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises sandwiched between a warm up and a cool down.

The exercises are tailored to the individual needs of our participants to maximise the effectiveness of each session.

Prior to joining a session for the first time, we ask all clients to complete a form with health and contact information to help us understand any needs or conditions they have. We will then usually arrange a short consultation to confirm any particular needs. Consultations can be conducted over the telephone or by video link.
