Three recreational classes for children in school years 2-11.
The last class is a mixture of Freestyle/Parkour with stunts and tumbles included.
The earlier classes are based on a movement framework that encourages the children to explore and develop an infinite number of movement possibilities.
Beginners are welcome. We never enter competitions.
