Thanks to a successful joint funding bid by North Devon Voluntary Services (NDVS) & Taw and Torridge Voluntary Services (TTVS) through the National Lottery Community Fund we are looking to recruit a Youth (Inclusion & Accessibility) Connector. The successful applicant will lead efforts in ensuring young voices are heard, barriers are broken, and communities are strengthened across North Devon. You'll work with local VCSE organizations, public and private sectors, and youth-focused agencies to identify needs, address gaps, and promote inclusion.
This role requires a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people in rural communities, strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with various partners and a passion for community development and youth empowerment.

The appointee will be employed by project partner North Devon Voluntary Services and work from Barnstaple, but with the need to travel across Northern Devon. Experience of working in a similar role would be a benefit.
