This gentle exploration of the healing power of Nature incorporating Shinrin Yoku practices and mindfulness is based at The Glade in North Woods, Dartington.
We will meet every other Tuesday from April to December (see dates as some slightly differ due to availability) and learn how Nature can support our recovery from mental health issues.
The sessions are about relaxing, meeting others, having fun and discovering just how incredible nature is and how we are part of Nature.
