Nature and Therapy have been running outdoor based therapeutic trainings and retreats for over 30 years, and our highly successful Forest Bathing training courses are now entering the 7th year. Since we started our accredited 3 stage training programme we have trained hundreds of people from all over the world who now form part of our international community
