Strategy coaching focuses on the steps needed to overcome challenges and reach your chosen goals. These might relate to your personal life, your working life, or life in education.
We address three broad areas:
- job coaching
- coaching for your wider life (including in education)
- neurodiversity profile mapping
How do we work?
Our coaching is tailored to you and your unique needs and experiences and we can recommend blending coaching and profile mapping as needed.
Our coaching is focused on your strengths, wishes and needs and focused on an identified goal(s) such as:
- returning to or begining at a place of study, training or work.
- Job coaching - already in work.
- Becoming more aware of your strengths
- Transition to a new place
- Anxiety
- Understanding your individual experiences better so you can feel more positive
- Identifying the best strategies and habits that will optimise your daily performance in life, and meet your needs.
Together, we build a full picture of how you can be and feel at your best, and explore the strategies that will build confidence and contribute to successful outcomes.

Questions:
* Do I need a formal diagnosis?
No! We believe in meeting needs, more than labels. Our purpose is to facilitate the change that is needed, with your best interests at heart. We recognise that trust and a good rapport are essential to the coaching relationship, so this is a priority in all our work. Your willingness to engage is the only real requirement.
* How does it work?
We typically meet for one hour a week. Our standard coaching programme is 10 weeks long. However, we know that everyone is different, so we work at your pace, there is no rush.
* Can my coaching be funded?
We usually have grant funding to subsidise the cost of a coaching programme. Please get in touch with us to talk more about this.
