Exciting opportunity for an organised, creative and motivated person to manage the team and develop and improve the Crediton Refurnish shop.
Main Duties will include:
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring that a professional and efficient service is maintained
- Ensure that the service continues to meet the main objectives of maximising re-use and supplying low cost household items to people on low incomes
- Provide support and guidance to staff and volunteers
- Be prepared to lead from the front and be involved in all aspects of the job, including lifting furniture, appliances and having strong staff supervision and team building skills
- Good admin and basic IT skills including use of spreadsheets and word processing required. Strong focus on staff development, training and support
- Driving licence and own car essential
