Join us for The Art of Slow Taste, a relaxed sensory chocolate experience centred around slowing down, flavour discovery, and experiencing chocolate more mindfully together.
Through guided chocolate tasting, sensory activities, and hands-on chocolate making, participants are invited to explore flavour, texture, aroma, and where chocolate comes from - discovering how slowing down can completely change the way we experience food.
Together, we’ll taste a range of bean-to-bar chocolates, explore flavour through sensory exercises, and create handmade chocolate treats to take home.
Alongside flavour and craft, the session also introduces cacao as a naturally rich ingredient, exploring the connection between minimally processed food, sensory enjoyment, and more mindful approaches to eating.
Designed to feel welcoming and engaging for both adults and families, with a focus on curiosity, connection, and sensory exploration through chocolate.

Participants will work in pairs, sharing a station with another ticket holder. With limited spaces available, early booking is highly recommended.
