Since 1986, Westbank Community Health & Care has made a difference to the lives of thousands of people in Devon.
Our vision is for everyone to be living fulfilled, healthier, happier lives for longer. We understand the close link between physical and mental health, the power of supporting individuals throughout their life and the strides that can be made when every aspect of a person's health is recognised, supported and treated as a whole.
Westbank is a supportive family of people with big hearts who look out for each other and the wider community.
Our staff are supported by an army of award winning volunteers spread right across the county, they are the beating heart of our charity, connecting us to Devon's rural and urban communities.
Westbank provides a safety net between the NHS and the social services provision. Our mission is to tirelessly promote and improve the quality of life, though a comprehensive range of health and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring lasting positive outcomes for all.
We offer a diverse range of services to combat loneliness and social isolation, and support people in developing and maintaining a healthier lifestyle.
