Sound It Out is aimed primarily at people living with memory loss and their carers. We also welcome older people who feel in the need of company. We have tea or coffee, chat, laughter and singing (you don't have to have a good singing voice!) We have a music therapist to lead us. Come and see what we do.

We provide support and friendship to both people living with memory loss and their carers. We give people the chance to relax in a friendly group. We give carers the chance to talk to our volunteers and to each other. Contact Sally or Rebecca for more information.
