Sound It Out is a social and support group aimed primarily at people living with memory loss and their carers.

We also welcome older people who feel in the need of company. We meet every 2nd and 4th Monday (10am-12pm) at Christ Church, Bear St, Barnstaple.

We have tea or coffee, chat, laughter and singing (you don't have to have a good singing voice!) We have a music therapist to lead us. Come and see what we do.
