About the activity
Tighten your core, strengthen your muscles and improve your balance from the comfort of your own home! Suitable for any ability level, exercises will be tailored to participants’ needs. Taking part in this activity will help you to develop strength, flexibility and balance whilst also providing the opportunity to socialise with others.
When does it run?
This session takes place weekly on a Thursday 10.30am - 11.30am
Who is this for?
This activity is suitable for disabled people with complex needs aged 18+. You do not need any prior experience of pilates.
Who is the activity leader?
These sessions are run by Beccy Light, an experienced Pilates teacher who runs lots of classes across Bristol. She is really friendly, enthusiastic and patient.
Accessibility
The sessions take place via the telephone so participants will just need access to their own phone and have the ability to put it on loud speaker. You will be automatically called at the start time and will need to press the number ‘1’ when prompted.
