About: This is a peer support hub for parents and caregivers that are struggling. We provide a space to share your voice and help you to feel more confident and emotionally supported. Those that attend are offered a variety of resources and we often work together with other helpful organisations. 

When: 10.30am - 12.30pm, 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month

Where: Port Royal Sailing Club, The Esplanade, Sidmouth EX10 8BG
