Parental Minds gives support to families who are struggling with their mental health. We believe that the parental voice is vital when families are living with mental health issues; this underpins all our work.

Parental Minds Counselling is available to Parents and caregivers accessing our support service. Our counselling service offers:

  • Weekly Sessions
  • Can be face to face, telephone or virtual
