We run fortnightly Mindfulness sessions every other Monday at Brixham Laboratories, Freshwater Quarry Brixham.
Our sessions take place between 2pm and 3pm in a small friendly group. There is opportunity to talk about any challenges life may be dealing our group members before or after the session. Its a great way to connect with others as well as finding ways to reduce stress and our reactions to day to day situations.
Like all of our groups and workishops this aims to be inclusive we suggest £6 or less towards our costs, but no one is excluded.
