A fully guided breathwork session designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system. Using simple, conscious breathing techniques, this session supports you to move out of stress and into a calmer, more grounded state — physically and mentally. No experience needed. Just come as you are and take an hour for yourself.
Indoor sessions, weekly on Tuesdays. 1pm - 2pm at Exmouth Healing Centre, 37 The Strand, Exmouth, EX81AQ
Outdoor sessions are held on Exmouth beach and at Sandy Bay. Details are released weekly on Faceboook and on the Website as sessions are weather and tide dependant.
