Looking for a rewarding way to spend a few hours each week? Whether you enjoy chatting with customers or prefer working behind the scenes, we'd love to welcome you to our volunteer team.
We're currently looking for both Front of House and Back of House volunteers to help keep our shop running smoothly and provide a fantastic experience for our customers and donors.
Current Volunteer Opportunities
🛍️ Front of House Volunteer (Till Operator)
Help create a friendly and welcoming shopping experience by serving customers and operating the till.
Volunteer shifts available:
- Monday afternoons
- Wednesday afternoons
- Saturday afternoons
📦 Back of House Volunteer (Sorting & Steaming)
Support our shop behind the scenes by sorting donations, preparing stock, and steaming items ready for sale.
Volunteer shifts available:
- Monday mornings
- Wednesday mornings
- Friday mornings

No previous experience is required. We'll provide all the training and support you need. Just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to get involved!
What Could I Be Doing?
Depending on your role, you may be involved in:
Front of House
- Operating the till
- Serving and assisting customers
- Keeping the shop welcoming and well-presented
- Providing excellent customer service
Back of House
- Sorting and pricing donated items
- Steaming and preparing stock for sale
- Organising and rotating stock
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the shop
