Exmouth Wellness Festival 2026 is Devon’s first-ever full-day beach wellness festival — a landmark celebration of movement, mindfulness, and community on Exmouth Beach.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help bring this event to life. You don’t need prior experience - just a positive attitude and a willingness to be part of something meaningful.
Volunteers are the heartbeat of the festival. By joining us, you’ll be helping to create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring space for upto 900 attendees - and supporting the beginning of a new wellbeing tradition in Devon.
For a thank you for your time and energy, you will receive a token to give you FREE access to one session on the day.

Location: Exmouth Beach & Sideshore
Volunteer shifts:
- Morning: 07:00–13:30
- Afternoon: 13:15–20:00
Roles:
- Beach movement zones - manage queue, wayfinding, crowd management
- Sideshore zones - manage queue, wayfinding, crowd management
- Health Market - Visitor flow, information
- Floating event control - break cover, incidents
