I’m passionate about helping people understand that health is their greatest asset, and empowering them to make positive choices and take action towards the life they want to live.

I’m taking that mission further by organising Exmouth Wellness Festival - a new festival designed to educate, empower, and inspire people to take action when it comes to their health and make positive, lasting changes.

 The festival brings together movement, expert knowledge, inspiration, and community, while showcasing the incredible network of professionals right here in Devon who can support people on their journey to better health and performance in everyday life.

My goal is to create a festival that lasts - an annual event in Devon that makes a real difference and becomes a trusted platform for health, education, and community - one that inspires people to take action.
