Our aim is to help as many residents as possible to stay warm and healthy in their homes.
Our advice and support, ususally within your own home, includes:
- tariff checks and supplier switching
- help liasing with utility providers
- registering for Priority Services Register with utility providers
- energy and water saving tips and advice
- help registering for grants and discounts for insulation, energy and heating upgrades
- heating control advice and support
- smart meters advice and support
- referrals for help with benefits and income maximisation
- when available/eligible help accessing schemes to replace broken white goods, fuel vouchers for prepayment meters, boiler repairs and servicing, heating controls and minor home repairs
