Come and join us for a gentle walk in the wider estate, taking in some of the amazing views of the North Devon countryside. This guided walk will begin with a short introduction from our walking team, then your host will lead the walk in silence, through some of the fields where our nature restoration work is going on stopping along the way where she will offer mindfulness cues.
This walk will be an opportunity to step away from 'doing' and step more in to 'being', bringing awareness to ourselves and our surroundings at this more reflective time of the year. Whether you feel the need to connect with yourself, with the season, with nature, or any other thing, this walk will provide the chance for you to do this, in a safe and supported way.
Because of the nature of this walk, we are limiting places to 16 people, age 14+, no dogs please on this occasion. Free, but bookable through the Arlington court website.
