The Sir Francis Chichester Trust is offering FREE places on 14-day and 19-day Outward Bound adventures (July/August 2025) in Wales, Lake District and Scotland, to young people, aged 16-22, who live in Devon. Young people need to have some experience of outdoor expeditions; wouldn't normally have a chance to undertake something quite like this; and will be able to enjoy and benefit from the experience. Deadline for applications is 21 January 2025. Successful applicants are responsible for their own transport between Devon and the Outward Bound centre chosen. The Sir Francis Chichester Trust will meet the full course fee (around £1500/person). Young people applying must be available on 27thor 28th February 2025 to attend a short interview in Exeter.
