We are excited to be working with our friends at Citizens Advice Devon again this autumn, to bring another series of short courses that will help people that volunteer or support adults across Devon with financial challenges.
The aim of the courses is to equip the participants with confidence to be able to provide advice and support to individuals that may be struggling. They could be relevant for anyone that works in any of the following organisations:
Charities who support vulnerable adults and families
Foodbank or Community Kitchen
Caring organisations
Library
Community transport group
Social prescribers
Housing providers and housing associations
Local authorities or local councils
Anyone who works with or comes into contact with people of working age who are struggling to make ends meet.
Please see the details below and we would be most grateful if you could share with your connections and networks. There is a 10% discount for courses that are booked at least 4 weeks in advance, as well as offering DCT members the best discounted price.
