Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Steve Beer, and I am writing to you from the Exmouth Stroke Survivors Club. I am writing to inform you of an open morning and a subsequent meeting we are hosting, aimed at bringing together dementia support groups within our community.

Crooroads Memory Cafe is holding an open morning on Wednesday, 11th February, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This event will include refreshments and food.

Furthermore, we are organizing a meeting on Wednesday, 25th March, at 10:00 AM. The purpose of this meeting is to encourage collaboration and cooperation amongst all dementia groups in our community. We believe that by working together, we can enhance the support and resources available to those affected by dementia.

The meetings will be held at All Saints Church, Exmouth, in the Church Hall. The agenda for the 25th of March meeting is as follows:

11:00 AM: Welcome, Tea, and Coffee
11:30 AM: Quiz
12:00 PM: Dinner
Groups Introduce Themselves
Picture Postcards
2:00 PM: Goodbye

The aim is to meet over a cup of tea and a meal, enjoy a quiz and some music, and foster a sense of community.

We extend a warm welcome to all stroke and dementia club groups, as well as carers. We believe your participation would be invaluable.

For any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact me at 01395 744362.

Sincerely,

Steve Beer
Exmouth Stroke Survivors Club
