Fifty-five Plus Exercise.

Fun and friendly exercise classes for older adults and individuals with exercise limiting health conditions.

Lucinda is a CIMPSPA level 4 qualified exercise coach, so can accept individuals with heart disease, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, COPD and many other health conditions.

The classes run at St Matthias’ Church Hall in Wellswood, St Anne’s Hall in Babbacombe, The Memorial Hall in Torquay, Marldon Village Hall and Kingskerswell Public Hall.

The chair-based sessions are 30 minutes in length and cost £5.50. The standing sessions are 45 minutes in length and cost £7.50.
