I am a level 4 CIMSPA exercise coach specialising in older adults and the associated health conditions that are often assosiated with later life. I also take on younger adults with exercise limiting health conditions.
My qialifications include:
YMCA older adults exercise,
BACPR cardiac disease rehabilitation.
Macmillan cancer rehabilitation
Gayton GP referral.
