What is EFL?
Equine Facilitated Learning is a unique approach where people learn through interacting with horses on the ground. Horses respond to our energy, and mirror our body language and emotions, giving instant, honest feedback. Sessions are guided by trained facilitators to build confidence, communication, emotional awareness and resilience.
🌿 Who Can Benefit
Children & young people who struggle in traditional classrooms.
Learners with social, emotional or mental health needs, anxiety or low confidence.
Neurodiverse individuals (e.g., ADHD, autism) who thrive with hands-on, outdoor learning.
Youth groups, families or alternative provision settings wanting to build teamwork, trust and life skills.
