I have been inspired by ordinary individuals around the world wanting to get together to create the change that is needed in the world within their own communities.

Here in Devon a 920 acre estate is up for sale, with 3 farms, 4 homes, woods, a valley and a beach!  Imagine bringing it back to the Commons, for Community stewardship, using modern regenerative agriculture, creating an abundant food forest and Agrihood that could provide micro homes and incomes for maybe 100 people!!

Modern day Peasants, or 'Pleasants' would be needed to help create a design fit for the next 7 generations. Working with existing community residents, local Councils and the best experts from around the world and drawing inspiration from others doing similar.

Would you like to be part of an audacious campaign to raise the £12m to take this breathtaking and incredibly precious Estate out of market ownership and into the hands of the people willing to serve it?

Possibly one of the most ambitious crowdfunders I have ever come across, but with Social Media we have the reach to try for 12 million donations of £1 to make this a reality.  Teignbridge Council are proposing Compact Homes and have funding to deliver them as a self build initiative - this could be the land to create the ultimate pilot project!
