Free workshops over 4 sessions to learn about the joys of cooking quick, healthy meals. Great for beginners and those with a bit more experience. Learn how to cook pastas, soups, quick casseroles, make salads, curries and lots more. Feed a family or yourself on a budget. The course is about basic cooking, how to adapt recipes and will give you the experience and confidence to cook cheap meals for yourself or your family.
The sessions cover budgeting, freezing and also provides the opportunity to meet other people and eat together once the food is cooked. The emphasis is on enjoyment. Bring a small plastic box to take food home if it’s not all eaten! Opportunity to connect with the veg plot at St Boniface too.
There will be a 4-week continuation course. Although it is free places are limited (small friendly group) so you will need to book in advance.

Sessions runs for 4 weeks on a weekly from the 29 June from 11.30pm until 1.00pm. (29 June, 6 July, 13 July and 20th July. There will probably be a continuation course.
