Wednesdays Walk & Talk at 12 pm - 1 pm from May 3rd - 21 June (no session on 31st May due to half term).
Come and participate in a gentle stroll around the beautiful historical grounds of Oldway Mansion. We will walk for 15 minutes taking in the beauty of the grounds and then gently stretch our bodies with a gentle movement practice - open to all abilities. – We will finish with homemade cake and time for connection and chat. Bring your own flasks.
This session is designed specifically for people in their older years (over 55s). The poses will be approached with softness and support. No previous yoga experience is necessary and no mats are needed. Modifications and variations will be offered to each student based on his or her particular needs.
