Dementia Support Trust offers free home visits provided by a qualified dementia activities provider

Sessions are tailormade to the individual and their hobbies and interests. 
These can include baking, crafts, board games, gardening, flower arranging, woodwork, reminiscing and more. 

All materials and resources are provided.

The sessions offer respite for families and carers
