Dementia Support Trust offers free community activity sessions these are tailored to the person and as everyone is different we plan our sessions around the individual. 

In some of our individual sessions members like to go shopping, visit a cafe, have a pub lunch, visit the library or help out at the sensory garden in the Amory Centre.

Our service is flexible and will be at a time and day that suits the person. 

The service offers respite to the members family, friends and carers
