COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS PROJECT

 

The aim of the Community Connections Project is to support those living with and affected byMS, serving Wales and Southwest England.

This new initiative is here to make life easier for those with MS, their families, friends, and unpaid carers.   Covering Wales and Southwest England, including Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire.

HOW WE CAN HELP

  • Practical guidance on finances, the cost of living, energy efficiency, and more
  • Provide a FREE carbon monoxide alarm and assistance to sign up to the Priority Service Register
  • Support with referrals to MS Society services, Citizens Advice, and local health or care providers
  • Wellbeing advice through connections to benefits,activities, and other expert organisations
  • Personalised help from our team, who’ll take the timeto understand your needs and match you with theright resources

A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT

This project was created in response to listening eventsheld with the MS community in 2023. It is funded byWales and West Utilities (WWU) until March 2026. It’s allabout learning what works best, so we can shape betterservices for the future
