Community Connections Office for MS Society
The aim of the Community Connections Project is to provide support for those living with and affected by MS, serving Wales and Southwest England. This new initiative is here to make life easier for those with MS, their families, friends, and unpaid carers.
Covering Wales and Southwest England, including Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire.
HOW WE CAN HELP
- Practical guidance on finances, the cost of living, energy efficiency, and more
- Provide a FREE carbon monoxide alarm and assistance to sign up to the Priority Service Register
- Support with referrals to MS Society services, Citizens Advice, and local health or care providers
- Wellbeing advice through connections to benefits, activities, and other expert organisations
- Personalised help from our team, who’ll take the time to understand your needs and match you with the right resources
This project was created in response to listening events held with the MS community in 2023. It is funded by Wales and West Utilities (WWU) until March 2026.
