Everyone visiting our Memory Café can be sure of a warm welcome and our dedicated team of volunteers offer activities with an emphasis on fun and mental stimulation— all aimed to help get your brain in gear. Activities include: puzzles, games, music, crafts, quizzes-many specifically designed for people with dementia and memory loss. We have links with the Alzheimer’s Society and are a Quality Assured Memory Café with Devon Memory Café Consortium.
Our Memory Café has been running in Cullompton for many years and has recently combined with our Cognitive Stimulation Group under the management of the Community Life Hub Group. The sessions are run by our trained volunteers, some who have completed CST training at Memory Matters in Plymouth and who have family or friends with dementia.
Clickers Memory Café meets 2.30pm—4pm, 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month in the Community Life Hub room (CH4) within College Surgery.
