Gentle exercise to music delivered by Sam Neal a qualified instructor.  The session is supported by our volunteer Anne.

Every Tuesday from 11.30am until 12.30pm

Please note that there will be no sessions throughout August and the first two weeks of September.  Sessions resume on 23 September.

At Methodist Church Hall, Scalwell Lane, Seaton, EX12 2ST

First session free£4 per session thereafter

No booking required, please just turn up!
