This activity is part of the Adults Mental Health project in Torbay, commissioned by Torbay Council and supported by Active Devon. This delivery partner has taken part in Mental Health Awareness Training to support their offer to take referrals from mental health services in Torbay. This project has been awarded funding in order to offer free sessions on referral to adults who are dealing with mental health challenges. For more information, email hello@activedevon.org”

This is for anyone who has anxiety, reduce mobility and people suffering from Physical and Mental Health, This activity is based at the Foxhole Community Centre, Belfield Road, Paignton, TQ3 3UZ on Tuesdays from 14.00-15.30 pm. Refreshments are provided after the session.

Beach Ball is to help promote physical and mental well-being whilst working on your mobility, Balance and Co-ordination. It Ables you to get moving with your joints and muscles safely with a Warm up at the beginning of the session and a cool down to avoid any injuries. 

This session is in a safe manner and in a safe environment, it enables you to reduce anxiety and able to social in a safe place. 

We have 6 More Spaces left.
