We will be running a 6 week anxiety managment course starting Monday 9th Jan 2023.

The course will cover:

  • Fight or flight
  • Triggers and responses
  • Breathing techniques
  • Positive Affirmations
  • Positive Inner Commentary
  • Cycle of confidence
